Forced from their homelands by war and persecution, a generation of Europe’s most noteworthy and imaginative composers found a new home in Los Angeles, California. America Idealism, Hollywood glamour, and sunshine fueled a new era of creativity as the one time 'cultural desert' suddenly became host to one of the greatest collections of musical talent in the world.
